Not everyone will agree that’s fine.

I saw squad after squad down tools under multiple different managers. Players walking round the pitch, arguing with fans, laughing at shots missed, ridiculous lack of discipline, comedy goalkeeping, fitness was in the toilet, blokes weren’t wearing shin pads in training or even to come on in a match.

He stopped all of that and gave us back a hard working team that even to a few games ago were still giving everything against Arsenal City and Chelsea.

He was always going when the new owners took over, I’d much rather be picking up what he’s leaving now than the dumpster fire he picked up in Jan 23.

I think I said a few weeks ago that the players are still trying.

Effort wasnt the problem, tactics, I suspect was the biggest issue, he and we had got stale.

Lets see what new ideas does.

Don't blame him. He's getting his salary regardless. Can go on a massive holiday now for a few months with the family inserat of getting pelted on a weekly basis for selecting Jack Harrison.

I’d be absolutely made up if I were him. Get home, tell the wife to get on t’internet and get a luxury, all-inclusive cruise booked pronto. Pour myself a Brandy, put the surround sound on and tune in to a box set, whether it’s Curb, Prison Break or Squid Game 2, or whatever he likes. Lovely.

I wonder what’s happened here… the timing is nuts, the statement is cold.

I wonder if there was some kind of dust up. Dyche is a prideful guy, he may have felt a certain kind of way about all the recent speculation they were speaking to Potter. Might explain why he was let go hours before a match.

Never change Dave, your certainty that Dyche wouldn't be sacked brings back memories of your similar defence of Benitez in his final days. Any way, let's hope that the next man, whoever he may be, can manage to get us out of the hole Dyche has dug for us. UTFT.
