2024/25 Nathan Patterson

Sorry, I didn't see the goal live, but from the replay, how is he at sole fault for that goal? He went up for a header against a very athletic Semenyo, and lost it. No comment whatsoever for Tarkowski moving aside for the cross, and Myko being... nowhere on Brooks? Agendas everywhere.

If you look at the side angle he’s at least 5 yards behind the defensive line keeping Semenyo on side.

Kid just doesn't have what it takes. Desperately need 2 decent full backs.
One of the worst signing in recent memory...but that's ok because thelwell is impressing the new owners. No wonder patterson hasn't played much and he is behind a 39 year old semi retired player. Was signed on the back of a couple of good games in a farmer league. Crazy

It’s like Dyche found an old pair of boots lying around and asked some lads in the crowd if any of them were the same size and fancied a game … the Cinderella fullback .. except he never gets near a bloody ball

But again, as I said to Dave, losing a header there should NOT result in a goal. Plenty of events after that to prevent it.
Perhaps but he’s out of position and loses the header. If it’s a one off that’s fine but it’s not, the guy doesn’t know how to defend in a back 4.

Plenty of other chances he created for Bournemouth as well. He’s just a bad bad defender.

I get the sub but we would have been better off putting Jack Harrison on.

Inappropriate Behaviour
He was poor,
but Hey, you just carry on believing he was the only reason Everton lost that game if it makes you feel better !! 🙄

The lad's a dud. Everyone knows it. And I bet even rangers fans would hate to have the useless get anywhere near their midden.
