New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

You were out with a senior project manager, were you?

Are you not the guy who pretended to have a Muslim girlfriend so you could retrospectively justify your questionable comments about the multi faith room at the new ground?

And during that silly escapade, didn’t someone uncover a previous post of yours where you’d pretended to be gay so you could make some point or other in an argument?

But I’m sure they were just misunderstandings… and I’m sure you definitely were out with a senior project manager earlier.

Hello friend it was very well proven I married a lady from an Islamic state. My bisexuality is not up for discussion.

Maybe that's the reason you're coming at me ?

Please stay on topic.

Don’t play the ref

I’m sure everyone believes what you’re saying and you’re not at all a figure of ridicule so please do feel free to continue.

Allen, do you really want to go down this path? Do you want to see my partners passport?

2024 and you've got people bringing up your partners religion because you passed on some insight.

Stop making it personal.

Hi Andy, I was actually out earlier with one of the senior project managers, shown your post and he burst out laughing.

It was actually a Scot who told me this originally when they first started the piling.

You have no idea how planning permission documents are published in the preliminary rounds whilst discussions with peel holdings are going on.

Please can you stop acting like you and your mate the esk are those who know everything about Everton.
😄😄😄😄

I'm a Chartered Engineer pal and have been working in the Construction Industry for nearly 30 years.

I know everything about development, from early masterplanning through to construction on site.. I've worked extensively with Peel Holdings and United Utilities on countless projects. I'm working with Peel on one right now.

Explain to me how United Utilities objected to the stadium and on what grounds. I'll wait....

They didn't have a say in it.

You're the one who replied in support of someone who has 0 knowledge on what he's talking about.
You're the one talking absolute nonsense.

United Utilities lease the site next door, same as we do Bramley Moore from Peel. It is a long term lease agreement, no different to leasehold for say a new build house. To suggest that they have no say in what happens to it is absolutely laughable at best.

In every practical sense, United Utilities own the land they have lent us. Peel, or anyone else, have no say in the matter

United utilities tried to get the whole project stopped, they weren't going to give us any of the land they occupy.
So let me get this straight.

UU tried, somehow, to stop the stadium project so there was no way they would give us any land to make the North Stand bigger.

If that's the case, then how come you are also claiming that we were able to borrow the same land for construction because they had 'no say in the matter'.

Which one is it?

HAHHAHA one of my best friends is a chartered engineer who's own business did work on the stadium.

You've already had bad attempts of making me a liar, to zero benefits of mine or yours.

Shall we call it quits here or do you want to share the evidence?
