Potentially. Think we would lose a lot more too. We’ve lost the same amount of games as City. I think our overall points total would remain around the same.

A new manager with investment? Sure. But just rolling the dice now when we’re not even in the bottom 3 is just a needless massive risk.

And before anyone points at Wolves. Let’s give it a few games and the Cunha ban to see where they end up.

Dyche goes end of the year. Why the clamour to sack him, pay compo and take the risk - unless we were in the bottom 3.

why would we lose more?

if we hit bad form he needs binning whilst therye is games left

This is exactly it. We’re mid way through a season and we’re in the thick of a relegation battle. This manager has form for being relegated, he’s managed it twice. What if we only drop into the bottom 3 with a few games left? It’ll be too late then won’t it.

Personally I think if he fails to win either of the next 2 games he should be sacked.

Actually think he rates him when you look at the city game and put him on earlier than his 80 minute sub. Also think has everything in hos game for dyche to rate, i honestly think will use him alot more than we have from beto and maybe in a two with dcl
Needs a run of games to be fair but winning challenges and hold-up play was nowhere near DCL. The breakaway chance at the end aside it seemed like the ball was coming back to the edge of our box a lot quicker after the change was made.

Think we're gonna see a lot of switches in who is starter/sub but I doubt the battering ram making way for fresh battering ram towards the end of games method will change.

Hopefully another nail in the coffin of Ipswich

0 wins from 9 home games is relegating them much more than plucky defeats away to Arsenal. They have no chance of staying up without a serious upturn in form at Portman Road in second half of the season.

It's incredible for all the debate about style that promoted clubs don't realise the most important thing to do is be hard to beat on your own patch. Stoke did it for years under Pulis when they came up. Forest two seasons back got about 30 points at home. If you're getting even 25 points from the 19 home games you can lose most of your away games and still stay up if you win a couple as this club did in 21/22.

Ipswich, Burnley and Southampton won about four home games between them in nearly 30 games in last two seasons.
