As much as it will absolutely destroy me being relegated, Dyche was on a hiding to nothing when he came here due to years of abysmal leadership by the board and owner which culminated in hiring the spanish waiter who inflicted massive damage throughout the entire club, replacing him with an amateur who's only quality was being a nice bloke, leaving that nice bloke in place at least 3 months too long and them continually stripping the club of any of their best assets due to their own gross mismanagement of the clubs finances.

Interesting that you’re clearly referring to me for some weird reason, then link a thread in which I say absolutely nowhere that I wanted him sacked. If anyone’s interested in the actual facts, this is what I said on the day rumours started circulating about Ancelotti to Madrid.

By the way if we leaves we can well and truly kiss goodbye to the massive squad overhaul this summer as the new manager will need to spend the whole window “assessing the squad”.

These players are actually gonna wrangle another season out of us. They were about to be volleyed into the sea en masse, and now another manager is gonna need to “assess” them.

Anyway, Sean Dyche is not Carlo Ancelotti. Sean Dyche is a twice relegated bum who will very soon be launched into the sea and confined to the waste landfill of former Everton managers.

People did indeed want Ancelotti sacked.

As for you, you just continually slated him, compared his football to eye cancer, said he took us backwards, and didn't think he was the right manager for Everton.

It's not gone very well since.

Maybe give the next manager a little bit of time.

I thought we were absolutely rubbish in the second half of his full season. My opinion hasn’t changed on that. I’ve in fact just vaulted myself saying that I fully supported Ancelotti binning off the entire squad that summer and starting again, and that I in fact didn’t want a change of manager. But obviously vaulting that post wouldn’t do your weird agenda any favours in the quest to defend Sean Dyche to the hilt at all costs.
