That's no real, is it?

Anyone know what happened to the (alleged) plans to cover the roofs with a grey screed? Surely too late for that now before the handover. Think it’d make the stadium look a lot smarter and finished off
I'm pretty sure LoR will continue with works after the handover. Just mean Everton are responsible for what remains a building site.
The SE corner already looks like it has had a covering applied and I think thos will continue into 2025.

I do wonder if they’ll make the screen the full width of the stand one day (if the roof can support it). Would look cool imo.

Even better would be if they can do a full 360° screen like at the Bernabeu.

Thanks for the image. This post shows what could be the future of BM IF things move upwards.

Can see extra tiers added on the west and east stands. And a new roof that is either full translucent or one that has a retractable roof.

Noticed how far the Emirates pitch is from the stands today, must be twice the distance at BMD.
Emirates and Wembley both made in that period where space was considered desirable in a football stadium.

Pretty clear now that’s not conducive to the best atmosphere. I think we and Spurs built at a better time for that.

I know it didn’t get especially far down the road, but I’d be interested to see some detailed plans of the King’s Dock stadium… things like distance to pitch and steepness of stands would be particularly interesting.
