So there’s a story on another site saying that the Kenwright estate holds some sway as 95% of the shareholding has to approve to avoid a potential 14 day wait for a shareholder meeting to be agreed to ratify it.
Was Bill, now Jenny the largest shareholder after Mosh?

I assumed the remaining 4.6% would have had some ‘larger stakeholders amongst it.

He initiated the project but was unable to properly fund it and faced finacial repercussions along with being involved with a bunch of grifters 777 which significantly jeopardized the existence of the club so I think he shouldn't get credit for that endeavor
Of course he should - it wouldn’t have been built without his ambition. He’s also sank about £500m in chasing the dream. He’s put more into the club than anyone….ever and is now skint and needs out, hence 777.

It doesn’t have to be love or hate, polarised opinions. He’s done some good and some bad.

i thought he’s sold them all as part of being kept on?

and why/ what would be needed if that was the hold up mate?

Mosh doesn’t own 95% so needs someone (or a collective) with enough shares to get to 95% then the paper work can be signed without a shareholder meeting (which requires 14 days notice) least that my understanding.
I’m just surprised there isn’t another individual with .9% or greater shares.

Edit - Just found reference which isn’t as sensationalist as the headline on the story I read

In simple terms no 😂.

The break down table I posted originally shows there’s 5.9% of available shares outside of Moshiris control, of which Kenwrights estate owns 1.3% or 1750 shares.
The remaining 6219 shares are held by anyone from individuals with one share to who knows what.
Which brings us back to my original question of doesn’t anyone else have 0.9% (or more) of the shares?

You can buy them though, if someone was willing to sell, but you’ll need a fair few 10 bob bits though.
