Everton prospective owner Dan Friedkin is close to completing his takeover after taking steps to appoint a new chief executive.

That is the view of finance expert Stefan Borson, who exclusively told Football Insider there have been various stories that have emerged to suggest the deal is close to completion at Goodison Park.

That Borson hates us. Just saying like. I don't think he's close to it either, owners test nearly done doesn't have to be a genius to say that. He proper hates us.

He has been relegated once. That's the fact.
