2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

I thought we could soldier on for this season with Dyche in control and save ourselves £5,000,000. I now believe that £5,000,000 to get rid of him is a bargain and money well spent. There is absolutely no point in him getting any more games, he is a very poor football manager whose ideas are completely out of date and have no relevance to today’s game. I seen a thread somewhere asking would you take Graham Potter over Dyche, I would take Harry Potter over Dyche.

I think it's worse than Allardyce.
The football was vile but he won 9 games from 24 from Nov to May - Dyche is 7 from 37.
He had a chance to reset after last year's trauma and good set of fixtures to get off to good start.
He didn't have them ready for start of season (again) and reverted to setting them up like we were playing 2011 Barca side.
Someone called him coward on thread, they're right.
What a way to play out our final season at Goodison. Tragic.

Well, the longer this drags on, the more we will need a magician.

Spot on, couldn’t agree more.

Didn't see the game today as I had other plans booked long ago, but by the sounds of it we were playing like a typical Dyche performance.

This guy has got to go now, if not there has to be banners, spray paint, bed sheets all out letting him know that his time here is up

So in his post match interview he says we were good first half but flat in the second half. So why does he only make a change after 72 minutes? Baffling, he has to go!
baffling. Should obviously change it up as soon as they go down to 10.
Also, I dont think he realizes what a damning indictment being flat at home against a mid table team down to 10 is.
