She is a bit annoying in the first couple of episodes but her character develops and gets better, I find the Spanish bird more annoying despite the fact she is quite fit.

Aye I’ve still only seen the one. I think she’s meant to be enjoying since her colleague called her a pain in the arse immediately. Just found her attitude at home and in work would annoy the tits off me.

Watched the first 2 episodes of Day of the Jackal. Very well shot, looks great. Quite an easy watch so far.

But the acting is so over the top and the script is the most by numbers thing I’ve seen in a long while. It’s almost like a parody but delivered in a really serious tone. Hopefully it improves as I think there is promise but so far it’s very average.

I also have a strong dislike for comic book and superhero culture but have enjoyed the first two episodes of The Penguin.

Hopefully, it can go all 8 episodes without some cape nonce turning up and ruining it all.

Just finished series 6 of Brassic.

It’s not often you get a comedy series, this well written and cast, that manages to stay consistently funny for the whole six series.

Every single episode has had me crying with laugher at some point.

One of the best tv comedies of recent times ( imo )

I suppose they're just mixing it up a bit. If you only have full on action all the time it just becomes a bit John Wick.
