He would argue if we collapse, as we have proved we can do, those players confidence and relationship with the fans is destroyed. Long term it could be the wrong decision, but he got the win today.

Jep, I say between min 70-80 they looked as they could score the 2:1. We looked more stable with Mangala on and kept the danger away.

We won the game. So all fair.

Tell you what Everton’s biggest enemy is: Evertonians. So many of you cheap attack dogs ready to pounce on downturns to demand a manager change because you’re so thick and entitled you wanna be that tall constantly wagging the dog. Hooked on new managers you wanna a choose yourself like cheap crack cocaine.

This forum needs to move on from these perma angry lizards, they’re the MAGA of Everton world. Dyche producing stability in these seasons of turmoil and no resources deserves recognition and patience.

Make Evertonians Sound Again.

Seen somebody say the other day that they can't wait for the 'new manager' to come in and show up all of Dyche's flaws. Show him up to be crap.

I'm paraphrasing there like, but they actually said that, with a straight face. And no, I don't know who the next manager is gonna be either 🤷‍♂️

It was, but what I don't get:

He talks about players getting premier league ready, we had full control in the 2nd half till about min 70.

Perfect opportunity to give players the minutes, to get accustomed with prem football and the style of play and the teammates.

Yes and no, I can understand also being in two minds as today was all about winning and getting points on the board. There will be time soon for players to get minutes because of the fixture pile up.

I am one of that loud minority although I’m not that loud. I am more than happy with a win today, I am more than happy to be pulling away from the bottom of the table. I respect Sean Dyche’s part in the turn around we seem to be undergoing however I remain of the view that he isn’t the manager we need next season particularly if the new owners are as football oriented as they seem to be.
Sean Dyche is experienced enough to know what to do in a relegation scrap and there is definitely a value in that but there also has to be a recognition that he has gained that experience because he isn’t good enough to get a team to a position where they don’t need to be concerned about relegation.
