What do you mean? You mean hoofing the ball up to an isolated striker all game and allowing the opposition, even if it’s a team like Doncaster in the cup, to have the ball all game, whilst we camp on the edge of our box ?
Ps - what was your previous user name![]()
Suggesting someone who only signed up yesterday is a kopite after only signing up yesterday themselves, talking about the days of kipper, firmly backing Sean Dyche, pointing out they are new here, and saying they don’t know what you are on about when asking their previous user name. You mean hoofing the ball up to an isolated striker all game and allowing the opposition, even if it’s a team like Doncaster in the cup, to have the ball all game, whilst we camp on the edge of our box ?

Goal line clearance, absurd penalty given away by our captain and defender, yeah Dave it was outstanding.
Btw we missed our best CB I deed they missed their 80m striker, we got lucky.
What’s your opinion on Steve Watson? What do you mean?
People seem to be forgetting the 2 through balls leading to one on ones. Gordon missed one of them.Goal line clearance, absurd penalty given away by our captain and defender, yeah Dave it was outstanding.

Dunno ye no mate he was the only one at the echo who I can remeber ever having a go at the boardLet’s have it right, Keane shouldn’t be still at the club and yes he played ok, but people can’t wit to tell yoi he did , it’s like you want us to give him a new deal.
Listened to Joe Thomas do his quick 2
Minute round up of the game, Keane was great, Tarks was great apart from the pen. And we played ok in spells and a draw was a far result. I could be wrong, but I don’t think he’s an Everton fan and not from Liverpool. So he just writes as a journalist,
Which is his job, but it’s would be nice to have someone who has a strong position regarding reporting on the club, have a bit of ambition for the club.
That's working out well so far isn't it. Literally none of that has been happening, the complete opposite in fact. No tempo, going backward, lumping forward to an isolated striker and being caught out almost every time everywhere on the pitch.Playing direct tempo. Going forward together as a team. Being cautious to not get caught out.
We couldn’t go forwards yesterday because we were so deep and the ones up front were isolated and couldn’t get involved properly. Hence lumping it forward in hope.Playing direct tempo. Going forward together as a team. Being cautious to not get caught out.
Exactly. Imagine the gaffer with funds.
He's doing the best he can with resources available.
You’re fooling yourself if you think Dyche is going to actually drop DCL!Me too mate, his skill set is going to surprise a few, most as we know have written him off.
My prediction is 10th-12th im going to be disappointed with anything below. The first few games didn't help, injuries and the fact the club have to work right up to deadlines also undermines the start. We're not going to win every game, will need to be pragmatic in a few, but we're a good competitive PL side, we've added more of what we needed creatively.
The challenge for NDiaye and McNeill and i think we saw this yesterday - is teams are now crowding them NDaiye had two on him when he got the ball yesterday and McNeill was sandwiched by a 6 and central defender when he got the ball - teams learn and that a challenge they and we have is to adjust to.
Do feel with a forward with a different skill set to Dom, we would hum better.
How many corners did they have whilst we had zero at home. The funniest thing is you believing we were outclassed by Newcastle.
We held them off all game in a pretty comfortable manner.
We turned a potentially difficult game against an outfit with much better players into a fairly comfortable 90 minutes and retained our little unbeaten run.
I think there's people on here who'd have preferred to have lost because they've deluded themselves into thinking Dyche can be unseated by TFG before his contract runs out.
They're completely and utterly wrong.
