Said for weeks that the likes of O’Brien, Dixon and Iroegbhunam aren’t ready. Few weren’t happy but that’s the reality.

Tim is easily the closest mind, just needs the right partner with him. Gana too similar without the ball, Mangala probably too similar with it. I think Garner might blend well with him.

O’Brien isn’t anywhere near prem ready, said it before but he was playing for Swindon 2 years ago…

He’s not an elite level talent or anything. Could be a very solid CB with the right coaching, but he’s nowhere near even where Keane was when we bought him.
 
If he doesnt play then things start looking like a Kroldrup level panic sale.

He wont be used as we wont want others to see how bad he is.

£17mil isnt a huge amount these days but to not be used over Keane at this point would be extremely concerning.

You’re forgetting that it took a near fan mutiny, for Dyche to reinstall Mina over Keane, which eventually played a massive part in us staying up that year.

Dyche knows best, apparently.
