In this case I’m not sure they really do. Whether this works or not is firmly to be seen but really basically anything had to happen for us to move forward.

Hopefully it's a case of pay off all the debt and that becomes equity/share and the mosh hardly gets a penny back. Which would mean we are effectively debt free and interest payments will no longer be killing us.

Last time was exclusive talks. This is a done deal (subject to PL tests which they will pass). It’s a big step further on.
