To be honest this is conjecture too. What exactly are you basing that on?

I'm offering my opinion, not stating something as fact which is exactly what that headline does. An opinion that is based on the fact nothing has changed with respect to the court case so i think it's a reasonable assumption that no-one has been able to negotiate anything with A-CAP.
