So a broad mix of he shouldnt have changed it, he shouldn’t have changed it the way he did and he should have changed it earlier.

The team collapsed - not by the loss of Indy or DCL.

The defence and midfield phoned it in the last 10 mins.

They thought they had the game won and switched off.
So did he and he carries the can

For me today is showing where he is getting found out. Managers are better than they used to be. I would imagine Iraola has worked on that in training with trying to go gung ho late in a game and seeing if they can create chances. And they did that exactly.

I doubt Dyche goes deep enough to even think about that kind of thing. He is good at what he does but I fear that he doesn't have enough strings in his bow compared to this new breed of manager that your seeing more and more of in the league.

If the club genuinely think relegation is a serious possibility they have to act. He’s in real danger of losing the fan base and we know there is no way back from that. Our home record is a joke under him and that capitulation was an utter disgrace

I’m not sure he comes back from this

he will be manager till after villa i guess

This was akin to when Martinez brought on Niasse against West Ham when we were 2-0 up and threw it away.

Fans quite rightly wanted Martinez gone after that, and now it should be no different. The only thing that has changed is some Evertonians now seem to have accepted failure.
The fans, the manager, the players.

The whole club reeks of failure and a defeatist attitude.
