Let's just hope it's a negotiation tactic. They did the same thing with Roma. We just have to hope they're trying to get Moshiri to find a way to mitigate some of the risk\cost to them if the litigation goes against 777.

Hard to see how Moshiri gets rid of the 777 loan without paying it off.
So somebody needs to lend Mosh the money to pay off 777 to allow the Freidkins to come back in ?
Maybe something like that can happen but I find it extremely unlikely at this point .
