Gutting. Really gutting. For once we developed a kid really well by arranging a good loan, and then played him as he was clearly “ready”. No faffing about, and Dyche constantly saying they just let him play without over complicating things. We normally bugger it up somehow, so it’s annoying to only benefit for one, stressful and ugly season.

Onana will definitely go. So while the squad will be decimated and need ultra careful fleshing back out with 1st team ready players, the silver lining is that PSR issues will be over (assuming our risqué and suspiciously timed change interest accounting treatment is waved through 😂).

I fear us probably needing to raise funds will see the club accepting a fee which will be a lot lower than the player is worth which will then be declared as undisclosed

Beyond tired of that lot taking our best players.

They are in major debt and all. Never seem to be affected by FFP. Can just lash 100m+ every summer.
‘Fair’ play indeed. Same old story with the sky 6 seemingly immune to the rules and nicking every other teams top players because they’re forced to sell. Boring, corrupt league.

70mil minimum, cash up front, none of the PSR-dodging tricks has to be the stance that we stick to. Don't do them any favors. If we lose him, at least it's early in the window and we can reinvest. I think a competent option from Serie A or La Liga would be okay with Tarky. He's the real piece that ties it together imo
