Love that Who album, and title. Mouldering in the attic somewhere.
Aye, most of their best stuff on one LP. Or all my favourite stuff they did, at any rate. I'm not that arsed with much of their stuff after that.

They were brilliant at 3 minute blasts of power-pop.

The self-indulgent, slightly pompous, serious "rock" stuff can do one for the most part.

Totally agree.
 
Released 46 years ago today. In my top 3 of all time and one of only a handful of 10/10 perfect albums ever committed to vinyl.IMG_0934.webp
