Been crap for a while but thats him all over. He turns up 1 in 6/7. Doesnt deserve a start but seeing that he is lets hope its the 1 in 6/7 that he does.

As I have said many times before, promote Baines from within. Then put Dyche on gardening leave. No extra money is needed now, problem solved and he is gone for the time being, how long will he put up with gardening leave before he resigns.

I'm not sure it's as simple as that. Garden leave isn't something an employer can just do without certain conditions or agreements existing and would probably leave the club wide open to a constructive dismissal claim.

It certainly wouldn't be the economic way of doing things you present it as.
