Now that's someone moving through some sauce. Clear thinker as well. Some of those Sriracha's don't take prisoners. Very very hot passage if you get my drift. Yikes.
It's my go to. Have one or the other on almost everything. Had some lovely roast pork left over from yesterday on a butty with a big splash of the mayo before. Magnificent

I make this salt n pepper chilli beef noodle thing and use the red one on the beef to add a kick.
Every bowl I've made for people, and it's a lot, has been finished and followed by a request for more or the recipe.
