6 + 2 Point Deductions

There were literally protests every game against the board.

In a decades time the new stadium might be the only thing that keeps us afloat or makes us an asset to a buyer. I assume you have a watertight financial understanding will the requisite research of why that will never be the case so that you can call others stupid.

You will get likes from the super reasonable blues on here who have sucked Masters off from the start so they can troll others on their worst fears. But the prem raking in profits does not mean they have acted in good faith or without corruption, it does not mean their punative action was just and it does mean Everton are well ran and simply a victim of this. Real life is nuanced

Mate we won't own BMD for much longer if the club goes into administration. It will be sold off to cover debt and we'll be paying rent to use it.

BMD is looking more and more like a white elephant that will be the final nail in the coffin of this club.

The stadiums on protected land so can’t be sold otherwise the club would face legal action

Based on what figures? Or should the word estimation be bolded and underlined?
Last year's statutory loss was 45m and in the appeal report that went down as a 10m loss for PSR. So 35m of deductibles. However I think those accounts had c.8m of Covid deducted and this year's don't. So we had 35m deductibles then but possibly only 25m now. But yes this is an ESTIMATE but a reasonable one. I'm hoping there are more deductibles than that but we don't know.

Statutory loss 89m
Deductibles c. 25m
PSR loss c. 65m

PSR wiggle room (from appeal verdict) 40m

Breach c. 25m

I think I`d halt any panic attack some guys on here are having....

These accounts aren`t what we were hoping to see BUT they are the second lowest in the last 5 years...

YE2019 -£111,8m
YE2020 -£139.8m
YE2021 -£120.9m
YE2022 -£44.7m
YE2023 -£89m

Forest got 4 points for 35. We'll do remarkably well to get 2. But even that will be fatal on current form.

If the club goes into administration and can't pay its creditors back of course it will be sold as it is an asset. The ground could be built on holy ground and it wouldn't make a difference to the administrators or HMRC for that matter.

It will be sold and like you said thr club will be left to deal with any legal issues.
