It was just under 6 hours going there (DC to LA) and about 4:45 returning (due to jet stream tail winds).

Two fold, I've a pal going through the works at the minute and Steve Ryder was on the news pushing for awareness and screening. So because it is such a prolific problem and getting a PSA test can be done quite easily, I thought a change was due. It's not been the best week or so.
