It's a darkly comedic sci-fi tale with heart. Emma Stone shines as Bella Baxter, a woman brought back to life through unconventional means. Director Yorgos Lanthimos crafts a world both strange and captivating, where Bella embarks on a journey of self-discovery, defying societal expectations with wit and surprising strength.

Past Lives

Available on Netflix. It is a poignant exploration of love, destiny, and the enduring impact of childhood connections. The film follows two friends separated by circumstance, but forever tied by an unspoken bond. With beautiful performances and a heartfelt story, it reminds us of the bittersweet choices we make and the lingering presence of what might have been.
Great film - a modern understated classic

Has it been confirmed or is it the latest rumour? Out of all the lot mentioned he probably the best, right age
Apparently the offer is on the table, it's on him and his 'team' to decide. And yes at 33 he's got a good three or four in him fairly easily. Want - Casino Royale, Skyfall, Do not want all the others. 'Quantum', 'spectre' and 'no time' were very sadly wasted opportunities.

Casino my fave and then Skyfall, I actually like Quantum but no good as a stand alone movie as you need to watch it straight after Casino. Thought Spectre and no time very poor.

Interesting, I prefer Robocop over S/Troopers.
Total Recall was great as well.
Hollow man was nothing special, Showgirls is one for the bin.

Starship Troopers is in the same category as Predator, Jurassic Park and Commando to me, being movies I were blown away by when watching them as a child. So to be fair, it's gonna be tough to beat the sentimental affection I feel towards those films!

Pieces (1982)
Sure, it had it's moments, but mostly it's just trash. You could literally see the killers rubber knife bending and flopping around at one point, and I wonder where they got these actors from, because they were hilariously bad. Some decent kills towards the second half of the movie and an okay mystery concerning the killers identity somewhat saved it. Oh and if you get the arrow version, don't go for the "original spanish version", as it's got the worst dub I've ever seen. The U.S. version is better. 4/10

Even though it is being picky, 'Logan', how is she expected to grow and become him in the monster sense if she has an adamantium skeleton and the rest of it. How's she gonna grow?
