It wasn't the PL that said that, they've deliberately stayed away from the decision making to avoid accusations of bias.

Forest fans literally celebrating on their forum. Not surprising considering we were told 6 points was the starting point and they had a bigger breach than us. We would be filing a law suit against the PL today if there was anyone competent in charge.

Theyve been done for under half what we got before appeal despite being even further over and doing it for a sporting advantage. Its a result so good they probably won't even appeal

The club should now do the following 3 things

1) Publicly speak out against the unfair and inconsistent process

2) Stop all engagement with the league on PSR issues

3) Take legal action

The club hired Prentice as the comms guy. Like F will he do anything apart from his wife working with a corrupt gangster and throwing her grandads name down the gutter.

Guardian saying:

This Guardian article cant be true. Its like our defence and specifically the Richarlison sale defence didnt happen.

If there was a proper guideline I could accept Forest getting 4, as it was their first year in the league. However they make it up as they go along. I do now think there's no way we can get more than 2 points for the second breach though. Although who knows with this lot

Any points deduction is fundamentally wrong. I would’ve been equally fuming if we’d got a 4 point deduction and then come away accepting it. So would you, you certainly wouldn’t have been praising our lawyer as fantastic for it.

If Forest don't appeal it, they've been given a lesser sentence to avoid chaos of appeal in the run in.

After seeing Everton's statement at their satisfaction of getting a 6point deduction - I hope Everton have been told their second charge will be binned.

I hope so too, but it's almost certainly not the case IMO.

Reckon they're fully expecting to have to fight again, hence why super silk is still on the payroll..

I have no faith in the process. I have no faith in us receiving fair treatment. I expect them to hit us hard again.

Forest aren't appealing the decision.

Said all along the league will want to put and end to these PS&R rules to bring the new ones in, so will look for an "agreement" towards punishments rather than fact based punishments (which they dont have).

They don't want appeals going into May after the season finishes on defunct rules.

I can see us getting a transfer ban or a fine and agreeing to draw a line on it now

The articles I've read said they might
