To be honest the more I read of the two verdicts the more I think 4 points back is at the upper end of what he could’ve achieved. A lot of our mitigations offered were pretty tenuous and when you’ve got Moshiri at the original hearing saying he basically ripped the arse out of the rules because “we needed a midfield” there is only so much you can do with that. It's the other way around. We got 2 uphold and 7 rejected.
Still can't work out if you're wumming or not...Posted Sunday lunch.

Ours is a month later.Just had a look at the Forest forum. Amongst all the one eyed ness (as you get on here) I note hearing is early March and then any appeal would be heard and concluded by middle of April.
Anyone know if the second charge is along the same timeline?
Forest had a lot lower acceptable losses because they are part under the EFL and part under the PL for their 3 year period.
Their limit was a breach over 65 million whereas ours is over 105.
They will argue that they were only over the limit for 2 months whilst they waited on the sale of Brennan Johnson and they will argue that this was forced by the date for Transfer Deadline day, otherwise they would have had to sell Johnson for 35m instead of 47.
Don’t know if that would or should hold water, but it’s a different set of circumstances.
Ours is a month later.
Would think so make more sense to keep him than bring in another,Will Silky Sack be representing us on the 2nd charge?
The mitigations were weak to absurd. To be honest the more I read of the two verdicts the more I think 4 points back is at the upper end of what he could’ve achieved. I disagree with the rules and the process the PL have set, but that doesn’t mean you can ignore them, Moshiri dared them to do something about it and they did.
That email he sent to that Blue sounded like it was job done for him.Would think so make more sense to keep him than bring in another,
Why? If we get another 6 point deduction we would currently be just 1 point behind Luton.I guess the key thing now, is what does this mean for the second charge?
If its us getting another 6 along with forest its a straight two shoot out unless Luton collapse
Luton fans are livid. Get a load of this dullard:
The appeal is different to the result. The outcome for both clubs will not be known till the season is over.Complete MADNESS.Just spam the appeal process then. Doubt the premier league will have the nerve to deduct any points if it seriously impacts relegation race in May 2024 in any case.
I hope he is getting severely slaughtered. He obviously doesn't know his history.
