Reduces your carbon footprint significantly and fresh water waste, reduces biodiversity losses and destructive agriculture methods and can improve food security.

Even an attempt to be dairy or meat free once or twice a week can have a positive impact. I personally feel better and train better with less meat eaten, will still smash a five guys or whatever occasionally as they taste great.

Of course the number one benefit is that you will annoy poorly educated top gear fans

I could probably give up dairy if the day to day cheese was better, but I'd still have meat once or twice a week

I havent eaten any meat or fish in about 8 years. Increased my veg, fuut, pulses etc intake as a result and have felt far healthier as a result. More or less Vegan at this stage. Still occasionally will have something with milk or eggs in it as ut can be difficult to avoid sometimes.

Wouldn't preach to anyone mind you, each to their own.
