A slightly more realistic scenario would be: it's summer, we finished 8th and had no money but we've sold Rodwell for £18m and Yobo for nothing, say, £500k and have £12m to spend. Pienaar is game to stay and Spurs will sell him for £4m. I'd get: him, that Manolas kid, maybe the german fella who we missed out on and break the bank on a replacement for Rodwell for around £5-6m (Kranjcar?). And Drenthe if he's proved he's worth it. If not another Drenthe type on loan will do. OH and Straq of course. No right back because I want Hibbert to score ffs.

Fcuk footballers, I'd then buy a team of scientists, genealogists and engineers to build some kind of DNA accelerator, like that machine off ‘The Fly’.
