6 + 2 Point Deductions

I don't think there's any case to be made for our appeal.

'It's not fair' and it's unprecedented won't cut it.

Of course the PL are bent and we should never have been deducted points, but now they have done so there's virtually no chance we'll get any back.

A throwback of points is simply not happening, and I think anyone sensible will be expecting nothing too.

There’s a very clear case. It’s more than administration for one, and secondly it doesn’t match the punishments for other similar offences in uk leagues and around Europe.

I don't think they'll be rehearing the case, they'll be deciding whether the penalty was proportionate. It's up to us to prove it wasn't, citing Leicester and the numerous examples from the Champions League. If we do that there may be a halfway house judgement.

So you dont think we are getting points back, you wanted us out of both cups and from the early rounds as well, your worried about relegation. Think you need to have a word with yourself lol. You go into every game wanting to win, not wanting to lose. will never understand people who twist defeat into thinking its right in what every form they think of.

That's what I said: they want hear out pleas on precedents set. They'll simply say that transgressions were admittedly made and that a punishment was chosen to for 'the crime'.

Believe me, I think all of this is sick and corrupt. It's venal that an organisation like the PL and it's flunky panels sit in judgement of anyone, but that
s the reality.

Maybe. I just see that opening up a can of worms for the PL that they want shut.

Every PL game yes.

I hope that explains the rest for you.

It's a heavier punishment thsn administration so I don't think the penalty of 10 will stand.

I think we get back something, but in the 1-3 point range. Which would still be a ridiculous punishment.

I don't think so, I think it sets a precedent that if you transgress p&s you get a points penalty. I can't imagine anybody else trying to sneak an extra £6.5 million spend a year in exchange for a 5 point penalty.

I hope you're right. I just don't see the PL's cats paw handing anything back.

The uproar at the other relegation threatened clubs would be enormous. Legal action would be taken and counter appeals.
