Best/worst Xmas presents

Generally speaking, I don't expect too much around Christmas time any more. It really is for the kids as they say. That said, I've managed to get some new clothes and aftershave which will serve me well.

I did get a mug that I already know I'm not going to use as I very rarely drink hot drinks.

Best: Indoor skydiving with my little lad. A sizeable amount of decent homegrown from my cousin. A good selection of LPs I chose myself.

Worst: A bottle of single malt that's not one of my favourites, but which I'll still thoroughly enjoy.

Got in to customising hotwheels a while back so Mrs got me a track to test them on.....she was taking the pee with it but it's backfired and on the dining room table now, own goalCat is fascinated too so tree is safe for a day or so

I've had a new cookbook, had some good dessert wine and my toddler has had all the attention so all good

I told my other half I really don’t need presents for the sake of it. I have plenty of new clothes, aftershave etc

Got a bottle of brandy, new beanie hat, slippers and a few bottles of wine. More than content.

It’s about the younger generation when it comes to presents. My 14 year old daughter was delighted with her gifts and that makes me happy.

Bro/wife got me one of those mystery kit boxes. Actually pretty pleased with it - Bankkok FC, pretty funky!

Also got some Karting stuff which always goes down well, and Xmas p2 on 27th to come.

Ma got me this mini USB vacuum cleaner/blower for cleaning keyboards, desks, PC cases etc.
Superb geek gift tbh

Did she not get you a left-handed mouse too lol

Specifically told everyone not to get me anything but I still got a tube of Smarties. Trying to be cross, but its not working as I really like Smarties!

Next year I'll ask for nothing again, except for another tube of smarties.
