I can't make my mind up if this 10 points is as some say because they want Everton down, or if it is truly drawing a line in the sand to decimate Man City, Chelsea and others. Both scenarios seem dubious to me to be honest.
So why?
1 charge against us because we slightly overspent with massive mitigating circumstances draws 10 points, so what will City's 115 charges draw?
I truly believe it's either a knee jerk that will be rejected on appeal, or a carefully planned gamble to send out a huge warning shot to others.
Either way I'm certain the appeal will be successful with a reduction of the punishment.
I just can't see how they can leave it like it is. It is so far over the top it just can't stand up to scrutiny.

Appointing the same ar5eholes (who handed us the deduction) to hear the appeal would suggest otherwise.

You're not talking nonsense at all. She's there purely for the quotas. Thing is, I can't blame Sky for attempting to gender balance their panels when the vast majority of their male panelists are every bit as atrocious as any woman they deem to tick a box.
