The 3 promoted teams and Bournemouth look well off it right now. Given our fixtures we should be well clear of them. Frustrating that we aren't.

Bournemouth will surely sack Iraola soon. He did well in La Liga but he looks ill suited to what they need.

Burnley at home next weekend is simply a must win for them.

We look too decent to be in trouble this season, especially given how 'kin dire the tat below us are.

This thread becomes relevant again only if we get points deducted by the corrupt PL.
Next Saturday....

Arsenal v Sheff Utd
Bournemouth v Burnley
Aston Villa v Luton

We are at West Ham, we can`t afford to keep wasting games because they will catch up on us!

We are still in this relegation fight, you can`t be a quarter of the way through the season just 3 points above the drop zone and claim to be `too decent to be in trouble this season`. Plus we are performing as expected under Dyche and where he always found himself in the Premier League.

Away to West Ham is tough on paper, but I think we usually put a decent performance in down there.

Oh, we can afford to keep wasting games with how dire the bottom 4 are, panic not-withstanding.

I still think, even with other dross in the league, we will be looking for something on the last day of the season. Even with 11 on the pitch for 30 mins, the most consecutive passes we managed today was around 4. That’s abysmal for a premier league team. It was hoofball of the highest order. The rs weren’t any great shakes today, but we never laid a glove on them. Other teams when down to 10 obviously become more compact, but they will still have some sort of attacking plan in their wallet. We had nothing.

Ref was a plonker, yes, and we defended well, but we had absolutely nothing going forward.

If we get a points deduction we may as well forget it. We'd be down.

Anything we get short of that - and it should by rights be that decision - then we're going to be safe by about 7-8 points IMO.
