You assume we wont play him under the current terms of the deal.

And we might not, but we also might.

So I suppose its up to Spurs if they want to gamble.

They can change the terms of the deal and get a possible 2m.
Or they can keep the current deal and get a possible 20m.

For me, if hes worth playing, hes worth playing, no matter the cost.

If hes not worth playing, then it doesnt really matter the cost.

@dCahill17 should really apologise for spreading false information on the internet but as always with this lot they rage about fake news and the msm whilst they refuse to hold themselves to account.

There's just no such thing as "no matter the cost" in our financial position. The money just isn't there.

Can’t see how it’s in Spurs interest. He’s off their books. Everything else is gravy for them. If he comes in and plays, which I doubt, and is good, which I doubt even more, they get their money. If he doesn’t they are not out of pocket and we continue to pay him millions.

It’s really not that hard to understand.

Would you rather have a 20% chance at 5m or a 5% chance at £10m?

It worked last time and we got £22m for a stinking football player. So if I keep crying it in about Dele then that means he’ll play for us and score hat tricks.

We might enen offer him a new deal and sell him to Saudi in Jan for 200m.
