Any CB links?

One injury and the jokers at the back tonight will be starting prem games so as I keep on saying this is different level to a Mina floating about and actually improving the backline in his rare appearances.

Godfrey and Keane really drag the level down and small chance both could still be lining up.
And to think we only had to pay 4.5 mil to never see Keane in the team again

Big couple of days upon us.

I’d be astounded if we got more than £12m for Iwobi, £20m is pure dreamland stuff. Similar with Gray, who’s deal looks like dragging on past the English window closing. Hideous luck that Shabbab have had a reshuffle but then we’re Everton so it’s no great surprise.

Need to see a creative player and a centre back come in. Really like the sound of that Elvedi, and think Sulemana would be a live wire but Cornet is far more likely.

We’ll survive with our fullbacks as they are for another year but then they’ll need major surgery next summer, as will centre mid when basically all of them bar Onana and Garner leave.

We also need to replace the full back we signed this summer because we thought it’d be a good idea to sign a 38 year old football player.

I mean ideally yeah, but I actually think Young will be sound for us this season. It’s Patterson I’ve been more surprised/disappointed by so far. Coleman walks back in.

But at any point his legs could just fall off, because he’s 38. And he most certainly won’t be an option to keep on and play football next season. It was a stupid signing.
