Definitely will be. Just interesting to see what they value more, the time someone's had their season ticket or the credits on their account. Is someone with a season ticket for over 20 years valued higher than someone who's had one for 8 years but has 20 credits from 22/23 season?

Oh yeah, The Emirates was all about the Arsenal at a similar stage in its development.

And the Etihad positively screamed "Manchester City's football stadium" back in 2002.

I ran in the last ever 100m race to take place on that track, in lane 4. I won.

I also played in the first ever game to take place at the stadium once it had been converted and the grass had been laid.
