If found guilty, there is a real possibility of a sporting penalty. Most likely a points deduction.
the there is the issue of other teams. If a club gets relegated when the FFP rules have been broken, they could take legal action for losses… see the Sheffield united West Ham case.
there’s a lot to be worried about.
lol lol lol

No mate. Just no.

The biggest threat would be a transfer embargo.

IIRC thiugh we cant sell players under that cloud, so we keep all our current players.

FFP is and always has been a farce to maintain the status quo. It needs binning yesterday.

As per Transfermarkt, over the last 5 years, we've a net loss of -£141m, more or less. Arsenal have -£549m, Chelsea -£740m, and United -£611m. Other sites show differing figures but the point remains they've all posted losses much, much greater than ours.

That -£141m includes the last 2 years where we've been in profit too by the way, any sane person would be asking why on earth would they seek to punish us now? Just about staved off relegation last year and in the mix yet again. Hard to view it is as anything other than nefarious.

Isn’t that just transfers though? As a club they make much more money than us.

You can’t sign free transfers or loans under a transfer embargo Dave.
Is the EPL different then? I seen a report a week or so back that Sheff Utd under an embargo can.

Also, you cant sell players or loan them out either. That's what happened to Chelsea.
