The question is how fast can Deloitte get it done? Presumably not in the next week, so the only effect on the current transfer window / general club situation would likely be that Moshiri won't be looking to bring in anybody at all without selling someone significant (Gordon, at least?) to offset the cost. And even then, he'd likely not spend the whole of whatever amount we'd bring in. Probably continue to look for mostly bargain-basement player help either way, even with significant player sales.
