I take no pleasure from his demise , but there was absolutely no alternative. An awful performance as a manager / coach throughout his tenure. That said , Moshiri now needs to deal similarly with the Board , as they are culpable in this collective failure.
 
No manager would survive that run of results at any club.

Onto the next pantomime we go.
He was, frankly, overindulged - probably fatally in terms of our survival.

It just shows there was no performance management metric in place to allow us to act swiftly when he went into the danger zone. We've left his sacking 10 weeks too late to maximise the inevitable new man's chances of rectifying the situation. The new guy is, thus, on a shot to nothing. If we survive, it will be in spite of ourselves.
