The most immediate crisis in our club is keeping lampard. Deal with him and sack him before we talk about the board.

All these board protest is nonsense unless we include getting Lampard out of our club as a priority.

I've backed him but today feels like it's over for him. He improved things in the second half when Davies come on but it's a results business and I can't see him staying. Thanks for the wonderful feeling of the Palace game if you are released Frank.

Wish him all the best. Nice chap, gave it a good go, but he’s not getting the performances or results we need. Time to part ways.

Exactly how I feel here. Hate to see it for him personally, as you can see how much of a toll this all has been taking on him mentally and even physically - certainly evidence that he's cared. But that clip of him talking with the fans before the match was almost haunting. He looked shell-shocked. And then not putting on any more offensive subs (Gordon, Maupay, Simms, etc.) down 2-0 and chasing the game was like a blatant admission that he'd finally given up.

Keeping him around after today would be almost cruel to him, aside from the continued failure it would likely mean for the club as well.
