Been thinking this for a few games. Or at least I think he is looking forward to getting out of management.
He was saying goodbye to the players at the end there.
 

Lampard shouldn't be the only getting sacked. We wasted the entire month looking for reinforcements in attack when we know since September 1st that we are short in that department. Thelwell and the entire recruitment has to go too..
Let's press the reset button and start from a white sheet.

I don’t blame Frank, I’m sure he’s tried his best. I blame the custodians of the club who failed to take action sooner
 

We all wanted him to work, as we do any manger, but he is, and has been for some time clearly out his depth and the only slim chance we have of survival is to give him the bullet now.
 
I honestly don’t think I could be as bad a manager as him if I tried my best. Will be staggered if he gets another job in football.

He looked shell shocked, he has been stood with his arms crossed since last weeks game. Gordon, Simms, Maupay not saying they are great players, but DCL and Gray did zero, he didn't even give himself a chance.... bye fat frank
