It's not a case of taking a foot off the pedal, but taking a foot off the neck of a defeated enemy.
Here's the situation as I see it: this club cant take another week like we've seen without the organisation falling to pieces and our relegation opponents benefiting from it....and the PL seeing us as a basket case they want out of sight because we damage the 'brand' they're selling.
There needs to be cool and wise heads making statesmanlike decisions here, because if we dont then no change of manager or additions to the squad will get us out of this mess.
Maybe that's something the death cult dont care about, but I and many others do.
