Are we making a 21 years old boy a scapegoat here? Remember the Brighton home game last year? The boy absolutely busted a gut which tells me that he has or at least had fight in him. In my opinion he is an awful example of how not to manage a young player. Instead of introducing him gradually we decided to treat him like he was Neymar or Mbappe and his head went away obviously.

No he wasn’t.
He was always hyped beyond his current ability. Shouldn’t have been a regular starter last season either.
Times on his side but he’s never really shown anything but a bit of pace & some initial enthusiasm.
