I couldn’t agree more, that’s why I don’t think Lampard is the problem.

If we get proper forwards in and the results don’t improve quickly then I’m more than happy to say I’m wrong but I’ve seen enough to think Lampard would do better with a better squad.
Honestly, that is just stating the obvious. He needs to be able to get more out of this group of players. The question in could a different manager get more out of them and have them better organised? Im starting to think the answer is yes. But please god not Rooney!!!

It’s more complicated than just being Lampard’s fault. Our transfer business over about 5 years has been atrocious, culminating in a large outlay on McNeil and Maupay who are just the latest in a long line of expensive flops we’ll be stuck with as they run down their contracts. However, Lampard has to take some of the blame. When I watch us at the moment I’m not sure how he’s tactically set us up to score a goal. There appears to be no plan or system to break opposition defences down, and that’s down to more than players available to him.

Dyche is available and I think he's just what we need.
Is it what he needs? He was sacked as he was taking Burnley down, even a new manager couldn’t save them. What he needs is a team that isn’t free falling after having circled the drain, that isn’t limited as much as we are in Spending. Managers infinitely more experienced and able than himself have failed, no he would be mad to come here as would anyone. We will only get someone who wants a final pay off with thick skin that doesn’t care, I was going to add an ambitious young manager who’s opinion of their own ability was over inflated but we have that.

If the crowd are to be listened to, then we need to appoint this Zach De Baud they were calling for.

Tried to go toe to toe playing football and pressing against Brighton, reality check sorry but we can't we don't have the players should of played same system like against city.after ten minutes last night it was obvious to everyone there but not him sad like the fella but our players aren't good enough to play the way he wants and will probably lose his job this week.dreading going to United Friday me

Try setting this collective of garbage up in a way that they can at least have a chance.

We aren’t good enough to play 4-3-3 nor do we have the personnel.

Iwobi, Davies, McNeill just aren’t good enough to play in that system.

I didn't say he was a key player; I said he was a regular starter, which he was, for a team that was better than most of the division.

But he wasnt. He was hardly off the bench.
I can hardly be arsed.
Arsenal fans were laughing at Everton for taking him for 30m. Football in general was laughing at Everton for paying 30m.
We are where we are right now because of decisions like paying 30m for this crap player.
Exhausting this debate is still going on.
He's sh!te.

He's rubbish isn't he.

A team that can't score goals to bring in a manager who is well known for a lack of attacking prowess? Match made in heaven that one.

Our key problem is that we don't produce and/or take enough chances, so whoever would replace Frank (if that's the case) would need the skilsl to address that.
