Is "on the brink" the same as Everton "mulling, pondering, considering?"......

If so, Frank will be sound for another 3-4 games

I hope he resigns and doesn't give the board and the squad the pleasure of knowing they got rid of him.

Go on Frank, walk away and tell em all to 'koff then fet yourself a ticket on Friday and stand with Evertonians singing "sack the board".

He is not a deep sitting defensive mid, nor is Kante.

They do their best work by being everywhere and tackling all over the pitch. Having them in one place negates what they are good at.

Gueye is so sloppy at times though.
I think our midfield looked best with gueye and onana deep with iwobi ahead of them. But then he changed it.

Hanging Price out to dry should be classed as child abuse as well, absolutely shameful to throw that young man into the fire like that. Doesn't deserve that treatment at all.
Felt like a bit of a Hail Mary from Frank to try and get the fans back onside, but that ship had sailed - but of a publicity stunt. Tbf he did ok (not that he was up against much)

He’d have been better starting the kid instead of Tom D.

if it's black/white and only those 2 scenarios then yea, so could I. Surely there's an option (c) somewhere, surely
Honestly I feel like they are the only two options. I feel like option C (for the club) will have been the fact they give Lampard a shot over an experienced manager like Periera. I think now they'll be wanting an older more experienced manager and maybe someone who's got relegation battle experience and Premier League experience. Imo they'll be looking at Moyes (if he becomes available) or Dyche. Would think Nuno has a shot with KT at the club too. Whoever it is is prob going to be serving up dire football to grind out results and get us to 40 points.
