Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Does it matter? We had Carlo fn Ancelotti, one of the best managers in the history of the sport, serve up some of the worst football I've ever seen. We've hired attacking "minded" managers, we've hired "pragmatic" minded managers, we've hired ".....whatever Silva was" managers. We've hired dinosaur managers, we've hired a manager who could have been up and coming.

We've literally turned over almost the entire club from last year and we still are just so so so crap. It's endemic.

Outside of the Chelsea game, every performance dipped, United we were lucky to get a point, Leicester should have buried us before they even let us back in the game, Arsenal and Villa were both dreadful
Still he got us point, the record is there that he did ok. At least he didn’t get a thrashing in any of the games.

I haven't got a clue who can be brought in but one thing is for sure, nothing will change at the club until there is fresh people in the boardroom. Until there is a new CEO and new chairman. Maybe a new owner who can run a business ruthlessly and aggressively and turn this failing football club around. Otherwise we're
screwed.

The problem is that we don't have senior personel with the experience and know how, to run a big sports/football club.

It might sound a bit out there but I'd keep Lampard, sack Thelwell and get Eddie Jones in. He has an Ancelotti like presence and knows how to deliver. Frank would blossum under his mentoring.
Your first paragraph is 100% spot-on.

Your second is crazy town, but why the hell not?

And out of all of them the only one that did the job he was brought in to do was Big Sam ?

If allardyce comes back, then I’m done with it.

He was trash. We played trash. The league was trash that season. (That points total hasn’t made top 10 since and Carlo got 59 points and only scraped 10th).

Not very interested in running? Check.
Shadowy deals with authorities over finance and tax? Check.
Unwavering belief in the face of overwhelming odds? Check.
Continued under the table connections to Russia? Check.
Crashed multiple businesses before and come through unscathed? Check.

There's only one man for the job here people...
