I was talking about my joints and my back, just from the exercise.

Fair point about the other issue - my sister has spent her adult lifetime complaining about them and the resulting back problems.

I’d love to see the analysis of how many pens world cups usually go to, rarely seems to come down to the 5th one in my limited recollection as one teams nerve have usually gone by then.

I'm in rural Spain. They show about 1/3 of the games for free on national TV in bars. None of the ones you have to pay for and now the world cup has finished

Seems harsh. I just they're dealing with England #1 GK-level pressure these days. Croatia is always playing with house money, by contrast.
