As I said in the match thread, it's theatrical from Kane but it is a pen. A soft one, but a pen.

Pickford should have held his head, Kane just out acted him, it wasn't a penalty.

Soft as but that’s football, top strikers will always go down at the slightest contact and refs are too gutless to punish them

Kane loves to cheat a penalty but Pickford made it far too easy for him to con it. He caught him as he (Kane) was diving to the ground. Pickford didn't cause him to fall, but as contact was made, the rules are that that is a penalty. Crazy rule that the striker can initiate contact and get a penalty, but it is what it is. Obviously we can't do the same because that would take a) having strikers and b) having them near the football in the box.

It was always going to be a pen when it is Kane no matter how soft it was and proven by the fact that the VAR check was for a red card to Pickford and they didn't even look at Kane. Why would they ever doubt their blue eyed boy.

Clear penalty...took him out with his head. Pickford tried to be clever but really it was too obvious. Should have move back as soon as he lost the ball, not forward. He knows it that it was a pen as per his reaction afterwards.
