Nice one. On reading it, it sounds more like they've got the big plan in place, but unless I'm reading it wrong I don't think it actually says the stadium design is finalised?

It says that we have "under taken a master planning exercise" not that we have completed one, it sounds like a few basic checks have been done and a framework put in place for what the completed master plan should include.

I suspect the club wont be happy about this getting out, it puts some pressure on them to make some sort of statement maybe.
