another moyes thread?
“Sean Dyche, Eddie Howe, Chris Wilder – why would any of them want to go to Everton? Why would they want to leave where they are at the moment?" ???
dry your eyes davie lovers, hes not coming back, hes gone forever!
im more shocked brazil is still alive!
He had himself pickled years ago to prolong his life, the sloppy mess.

The position Moyes has West Ham in is not new to him. He managed it at Everton at this stage of the season and still won nothing.

Why are we judging Moyes on winning trophies given the restraints he had whilst here

He was working on a budget like Burnley or Palace and had us in Europe

Hindsight threads eh. In honesty, Moyes is like any manager bar a few big names who will do a decent job if given the time to do it. Mr Benitez probably could as well but unfortunately he carries baggage that leaves a sour taste for a few, a good few, more than I expected and I think overlooking that by the board was a mistake.

Except WHU, he has failed at every single club he has been at since he left us
He was pretty much a laughing stock before WHU. Fair play to him for doing so well there but who’s to say he wouldn’t have come back to Everton and been poor? One thing he inherited when he first arrived was a team of grafters, albeit with limited ability . We haven’t even got that going for us now.

HIs recruitment has been very good. He's bought really well from the Championship (Benrahma and Bowen) as well as plucking a few obscure gems (Coufal and Soucek). Zouma has also been a brilliant signing and coupled with Rice they have a really strong team who're all at good ages.
