Would have been easy for him to thrash it at goal after getting Niasse's cross and missing, he had the awareness and calmness to set Gueye up. I shudder to think what might have happened had a Bolasie or DCL collected that cross.
Bolasie would have controlled it and dribbled it to the corner flag doing those crap step over things he does... DCL wouldn't have controlled it ..

Arguably the best player we have had in the last 15-20 years. Such a shame he is so old now and can't do what he used to do. Keep as a squad player and use his experience to help bed in the replacement next season.

You might be right, don't think there's too many other players in the premier league who have the initials LB. There are better English left-backs though who will be going to Russia. Bertrand, Rose, off the top of my head.
